NATO – PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PDP)

With the support of NATO’s Professional Development Program (PDP), the CSB has been implementing the Knowledge Transfer Campaign in civil service institutions since January 2012. The aim of the campaign is to develop HR management systems in civil service institutions through professional networking and sharing of local knowledge and experience. Within the campaign, several workshops have been held to share the best practices of human resources management - at both the local and international level. In 2013, Human Resource Management Manual for governmental agencies was published and related HR workshop was organized for representatives of HRM departments of civil agencies. In future, within the framework of the KTC, we plan to carry out other projects to improve the Georgian civil service.
