Sharing Lithuanian experience in responding to the emergency situation in civil service

On 11 June a presentation on sharing Lithuanian experience in responding to the current emergency situation in civil service was conducted remotely.

Lithuanian expert discussed the revised human resources policies and practices in conducting competitions, recruitment, performance appraisal and adaptation issues after emergency situation.

The presentation was opened by the Head of the Civil Service Bureau, Catherine Kardava and the key speaker was Adviser of Civil Service and Statutory Service Policy Group of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, Inga Prialgauskienė.

The presentation was organized within the EU-funded Twinning project between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and Civil Service Bureau. It commenced in 2018 and is in support of the implementation of the Civil Service Reform in Georgia.
