    Cooperative seminar in Kazbegi

    The NATO-Professional Development Program (PDP) held a seminar in Kazbegi On July 19-20. The seminar was attended by representatives of the Civil Service Bureau and the PDP.

    The purpose of the seminar was to choose an effective system for the performance appraisals of the employees of the Civil Service Bureau. Also during the seminar, a mission statement, and a list of aims and tasks of the Civil Service Bureau were also reformulated. These clarifications are essential for the successful implementation of the Civil Service Reform.
