Three-Day Training Conducted for the Development of Civil Service Job Descriptions
11 Sep 2014 Under the initiative of the Civil Service Bureau, a three-day training for the development of capacity building and sustainability of public position descriptions was held on September 8-10. The training was conducted by the non-governmental organization (NGO) "Smart Consulting".
The aim of the training course was to establish common standards within the civil service by developing theoretical and practical studies of job analysis and position descriptions.
The training was attended by representatives of the Parliament of Georgia, the Government of Georgia, Administrationof the President, Georgian ministries and Government of Autonomous Republic of Ajaria.
The training was conducted with the help of The NATO-Georgia Professional Development Programme (PDP), with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) G3 program, "Good Governance in Georgia".
