7th Steering Committee Meeting of the Twinning Project
15 May 2020 On May 15, Steering Committee of the Twinning project, which is being implemented by the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, held its 7th meeting remotely. Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Delegation of the European Union to Georgia also participated in the meeting.
The parties summarized achieved results and activities that are implementing continuously and steadily despite the crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the participants discussed the course of future partnership in order to ensure the achievement of project objectives in terms of new reality.
The EU-funded Twinning project between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and Civil Service Bureau commenced in 2018 and is in support of the implementation of the Civil Service Reform in Georgia
