Internal communication training in CSB
24 Oct 2019 Another important training has been held for the staff members of the Civil Service Bureau. This time attendees were able to hear Lithuanian and EU countries’ experience on internal communication. Like previous trainings of past week, above-mentioned event was held under the ongoing twinning project at CSB.
Zivile Navickaite-Babkin, expert in communications and representative of the Government Chancellery of the Republic of Lithuania was leading the program.
Different techniques and approaches of the internal communication were discussed during the 3day training and through the practical tasks CSB members were able to devise the innovative channels, define target groups and effectively achieve their final goals.
The training was aimed to help CSB in enhancing its internal communication that contributes in achieving its goals in a better and more effective ways.
The training was held as part of the EU Twinning project to support the civil service reform in Georgia. This Twinning Project has been implemented since 2018 by the CSB of Georgia and Lithuanian government agencies.
