Rules for bonus amount determination in public institutions
25 Jun 2014 On June 23, Deputy Head of the Administration of the Georgian Government Nino Kobakhidze and Director of the Civil Service Bureau Catherine Kardava held a briefing about adopting rules for determining pay bonuses.
Under the initiative of Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili, the Civil Service Bureau and German expert Dieter Umbach, invited by the German Society for International Cooparation (GIZ), were actively working on the aforementioned topic for over a month.
As a result, the Georgian governmental decree "On adopting the rules for bonus amount determination in public institution", which was harmonized with European standards, was drafted. The draft will be introduced to the Georgian government on June 26.
