    HR Management

    The Civil Service Bureau, with financial support from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and UK Aid from the UK Government, operates a unified e-learning platform - ELEARNING.CSB.GOV.GE designed for educational and professional development purposes. This platform is based on Moodle and provides access to various courses offered by training providers for professional civil servants and other interested individuals.

     

    The platform integrates all mandatory non-accredited programs regulated by Government Decree No. 242.

     

    The e-learning platform is connected to the eHRMS (Human Resources Management Automated System), which facilitates the creation of individual professional development plans for civil servants. Through this system, public institutions can assign mandatory courses to their employees and include them in structured learning plans. Civil servants are notified of their assigned courses via email.

     

    The Civil Service Bureau ensures the quality control and technical efficiency of the e-learning platform. Additionally, the Bureau actively addresses user-reported issues and continuously works on improving the platform for future development.
