    Mission of the Civil Service Bureau

    The mission of the Civil Service Bureau is to promote a development-oriented, professional, integrity-driven, and justice based civil service system, and to ensure the independent, proper, and legal functioning of state institutions, thereby positioning Georgia’s civil service as exemplary.

     

    Values of the Civil Service Bureau

    The main values of the Civil Service Bureau are integrity, justice, professionalism, teamwork, impartiality, transparency, equality and constant orientation toward development.

     

    Objective of the Civil Service Bureau

    The primary objective of the Civil Service Bureau is to enhance the civil service system, aligning it with national strategies and international standards. These policy documents and standards  encompass initiatives to strengthen the civil service, enhance human capital and governance mechanisms, develop an attractive, accountable, innovative, and professional civil service system, and establish an open and accessible, value-based civil service.
