On Monday, October 17, at the Sheraton Metechi Palace, Civil Service Bureau of Georgia hosted meeting of administrative managers of the civil service institutions.
The workshop aimed at discussing existing document-flow systems and implementing electronic programs across state agencies. Representatives from Ministries, Parliament of Georgia, Administration of President, Governmental organizations, Non-profit organizations and International organizations participated in the event.
Civil Service Bureau conducted the analysis of the statistical data of civil servants for the period of 2009-2010. The document contains information about the number of state agencies, number of civil servants, their average age and gender distribution for the period of 2009-2010.
On Monday, September 19th, the Head of Civil Service Bureau Irakli Kotetishvili and the Minister of Environment Protection of Georgia Giorgi Khachidze conducted a presentation of the unified system of electronic document-flow being launched in the Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia.
On Friday, September 16th the joint initiative of the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia and the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC), conducted a workshop for the discussion of HRM Practices of the Ministry of IDPs from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia.
