Discussion on: Development of the Electronic Recruitment Portal strategy - introduction and implementation of unified public policy

The Civil Service Bureau of Georgia organized a discussion on "The Development of the Electronic Recruitment Portal (www.hr.gov.ge) strategy - introduction and implementation of unified public policy" on October 31, 2013.

The meeting was opened by the Acting Head of the Civil Service Bureau, Mrs. Maka Kurtanidze. The event was attended by the representatives of human resources managers from state agencies, who expressed their opinions on the topic. Personal Data Inspector, Ms. Tamar Kaldani, who was also invited to the event, issued recommendations on the protection of personal data, and also on other topics

The event was aimed at the introduction of the development strategy of the Electronic Recruitment Portal (www.hr.gov.ge) to the participants. During the meeting, a presentation on the Human Resource Management Unified Electronic Program was also given, introduced by LEPL Financial Analytical Service under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, which meets modern requirements of human resource management. It should be noted that the above mentioned program was designed according to the minimum unified standard of automated electronic HR management systems, created at the initiative of the Civil Service Bureau and adopted on February 20, 2012, according to the Government Decree N57. The above mentioned program will further enhance information exchange between Civil Service organizations and implementation of unified public policy.

The Civil Service Bureau continues working with human resource managers from state agencies and plans to organize further meetings in order to maximize the efficiency of unified policy development and implementation in the Georgian civil service.
