2002-2005 – Aspirant at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law;


2005-2006 – Scientific mission to the Humboldt University of Berlin;


2005-2012 - PhD student at the Humboldt University of Berlin, Faculty of Law;


Since February 28, 2006 is a Candidate of Juridical Sciences at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University;


In February 2, 2012 was awarded with a degree Doctor of Laws at the Humboldt University of Berlin.


Work Experience:


2004-2005 - Senior Teacher at the Police Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia;


2008-2013 - Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the Caucasus University;


From 2009 to September 2013 - Head of the Legal Provision Unit at the Legal Department -Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection (Georgia);


Since 2007 till present - Associate Professor of Administrative and Civil Servant Law, University of Georgia;


Since 2012 till present - Associate Professor of Administrative and Civil Servant Law, University of Eastern European Studies;


Since 2011 till present - Invited Lecturer for Civil Servant Law and Ethics of Public Servants at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University;


In December 2013 was appointed as the Head of the Civil Service Bureau.
