On Monday, September 19th, the Head of Civil Service Bureau Irakli Kotetishvili and the Minister of Environment Protection of Georgia Giorgi Khachidze conducted a presentation of the unified system of electronic document-flow being launched in the Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia.
Launching the system will enable electronic circulation of internal correspondence of the Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia, thus simplifying documents reception and processing procedures as well as reducing response time.
Electronic system of document-flow is a meaningful asset for the simplification and further enhancement of the effective cooperation between Ministry’s regional branches (being already users of the system). Among the benefits of the newly launched e-system, its cost-effectiveness and efficiency in time has to be emphasized.
The Ministry of Environment Protection of Georgia, joined Electronic Document-flow System in the framework of the large scale program, implemented by the Civil Service Bureau of Georgia, aiming at increasing involvement of all state agencies in future.
